Our Story

Brigid's Creamy Garlic Mayo was brought to life by Brigid Booth in 1986 in Durban, South Africa. Being a Le Cordon Bleu London trained chef, Brigid and her mayo has garnered a loyal following of authentic mayo cravers across South Africa, and Brigid's Creamy Garlic Mayo has been delighting tastebuds ever since. Now, together with her son, they look to make this mayo a household name - because we all deserve a little taste of heaven...
